Casa Tikva is a boutique residential development of 15 villas located on the Carretera El Choco in Sosúa, on the Dominican Republic’s north coast. In the 1940s, when most countries had closed their doors to Jewish refugees fleeing the Holocaust, the Dominican Republic opened one — right here in Sosúa. Model A offers 240 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, starting at US$390,000. Model B steps up to 290 m² with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, starting at US$445,000. The design language is consistent across both: 3-meter ceilings, open floor plans, and aluminum-glass sliding doors that blur the line between inside and outside. At the heart of each villa is a private interior garden — a quiet green space that draws natural light and air through the home in a way that’s harder to appreciate on paper than in person. The private pool, outdoor kitchen, and covered terrace extend the living space further still. Then 20% is paid upon the promise of sale signing within 60 days of reservation. The next 50% is paid during the construction while the remaining balance of 25% is due upon the villa delivery.
