Travieso

Travieso is a new ambitious project coming to Kite Beach, Cabarete to add even more value to this rapidly developing area. Travieso will be an absolutely outstanding residence thanks to a number of unique features. It will consist of two residential phases (7 buildings in total) and a commercial area organically combining a welcoming lobby-cafe, bar lounge, gym, yoga space. There are several layouts available to choose from: 89 m2, 91 m2 and 112 m2. All of them masterly combine 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living room and balcony. Besides, the upper floor units come with a rooftop terrace. While the ground floor 2 BR condos at Kite beach include a wet patio. The price varies according to the floor and layout.

The payment schedule is also very flexible:

5% to reserve + 20% down payment upon contract signature
50% during the construction in 24/18/12 installments
25% upon delivery expected for December 2025
